Our company has established “Ethical Code of Conduct”. In addition to encouraging the reporting of any illegal or violate the ethical conduct, we also established the complaint system . Through the complaint system, employees can fully express and state. Besides, the company regularly holds labor-management conference. The opinions of the employees can be fully expressed in the conference. Our company respects the rights of employees, at the mean time effectively maintains the harmony between employers and employees. Listening to the voice of employees is an important course in Allied’s humanized management. Treating employees with integrity and respect to create a harmonious and pleasant working environment. Working together to make the company move towards a better future. The establishment of any system of our company is complied with the law and regulations as the most basic principle. Regarding company’s relevant rules and regulations, working rules and various benefit plans are announced to the colleagues through the “bulletin board” platform.

1.Salary system and equal pay for women and men
The salary standard depends on the background of the academic experience and professional knowledge, skills, and personal performance. Our company will not treat employees differently because of gender, race, religion, political position, and marital status, etc. And the starting salary standard is better than the minimum salary set by the Labor Standard Laws. There are annual bonus, including three festival bonus and year-end bonus. Our company has the same salary standards to men and women for the same working requirement, there’s no difference.
2.Insurance and retirement system
Our company provides labor insurance and national health insurance according to the law. In terms of retirement system, establishing employee retirement management methods in accordance with the “Labour Standards Act” and the “Labour Pension Act”, by which allocate the pension for each employee. To protect employees’ rights to receive pensions in the future.

Benefits
Employee benefits, besides insurance, retirement, and vacation measures, our company also established an employees’ welfare committee in accordance with the “Employee Welfare Fund Act” to handle matters related to employee benefits. It is used in granting bonus for wedding and funeral, as well as the bonus of Labor day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, year-end, birthday, and the casualty insurance of employee annual domestic and foreign travel.
